Eckhaus Fleet supplies new vehicles and consulting services to Rental, Government and Commercial accounts nationwide. Mark embodies all the best of the entrepreneurial spirit.
With over 25 years in the car rental industry, Rick has led operations for corporate locations, independent brands and franchised businesses. His industry experience includes business operations, training, sales & marketing, fleet management and subrogation for both airport and local market locations. Rick is currently the Vice President of Operations for the largest Hertz/Dollar/Thrifty franchise in North America. He is the former President of the Budget Rent A Car Licensee Association and a graduate of The University of California at Santa Barbara with BA in History.
