The Full Conference Pass is for owners and employees of car rental companies. Industry suppliers — technology, insurance, services — attend on a Supplier Pass, or through the passes included in an exhibit or sponsorship package. Pick your company type in the first step of registration and you will be routed to the right pass automatically.

Yes. Name changes are free up to one week before the show; after that they are handled at the registration desk onsite.

Written cancellations received before April 3, 2027 are refunded less a processing fee. After that date registrations are non-refundable but transferable to a colleague.

Visitors from many of the 48+ countries represented at ICRS need a B-1 visa or ESTA authorization. Once you are registered you can request an official letter of invitation from the Travel page — it is issued within two business days. Apply early: appointment waits vary by consulate.

No, but the ICRS room block is inside the venue and the networking happens in the same building. Book through the link on the Travel page to get the conference rate; the block closes April 5, 2027 or when it sells out.

Harry Reid International (LAS) is about 15 minutes from the venue by taxi or rideshare. Full directions, shuttle options and rental car pickup are on the Travel page.

The International Track runs with translation support. Language is shown as a filter on every session in the agenda.

Yes, for every speaker who authorizes release. The 2026 decks are already published in the archive, and 2027 decks appear on each session page after the show.

Registration opens on day one at 8:00 AM at Paris Las Vegas and stays open through the show. Bring the QR code from your confirmation email.
