ICRS draws operators from 48+ countries. If your consulate needs a letter of invitation, request it here once you are registered — apply early, appointment waits vary.
Travel and visas
Do I need a visa, and can you send a letter of invitation?
Visitors from many of the 48+ countries represented at ICRS need a B-1 visa or ESTA authorization. Once you are registered you can request an official letter of invitation from the Travel page — it is issued within two business days. Apply early: appointment waits vary by consulate.
Do I have to stay at Paris Las Vegas?
No, but the ICRS room block is inside the venue and the networking happens in the same building. Book through the link on the Travel page to get the conference rate; the block closes April 5, 2027 or when it sells out.
How do I get from the airport?
Harry Reid International (LAS) is about 15 minutes from the venue by taxi or rideshare. Full directions, shuttle options and rental car pickup are on the Travel page.
Where do I pick up my badge?
Registration opens on day one at 8:00 AM at Paris Las Vegas and stays open through the show. Bring the QR code from your confirmation email.
