International Car Rental Show
Call for papers

Put your case in front of the industry

ICRS sessions are chosen for one reason: an operator can act on them the Monday after the show. If you have that, the stage is open.

What we are looking for

Fleet & Operations

Cost and revenue per unit, remarketing, residual value, embedded vehicle intelligence.

Technology & AI

AI tools you can deploy now, agentic systems, revenue management, zero-friction rental.

Legal, Risk & Insurance

Consumer lawsuits, junk fees, ADA, data privacy, damage waivers and claims.

Growth, Pricing & Marketing

Deep discounters, OTA economics, subscription and flexible models, sales tactics.

Global & International

International track, ABLA + FENALOC, franchising and cross-border growth.

People & Leadership

Hiring, training, leadership under volatility, and the ACRA policy agenda.

How sessions are chosen

  • A specific problem operators have, and what you did about it. Numbers beat adjectives.
  • No product pitches from the stage. Suppliers speak best alongside a customer who can vouch for the results.
  • Panels need a point of view — three people agreeing is not a panel.
  • International sessions are welcome: the show runs an International Track with translation support.
Submit

Propose a session

One idea per submission. The program team reviews every proposal and answers everyone, accepted or not.

Submissions for 2027 go through the ICRS call for papers form. Have the session title, a 600–800 character abstract, and the name and company of every presenter ready before you start.

  • One idea per submission — send the second one separately.
  • Selected speakers get a profile page on this site and a full conference pass.
  • Questions about the program go to Chris Brown, Chris.brown@bobit.com.
