Julian Gritsch is an entrepreneur with more than 25 years of experience in the vehicle rental industry, recognized for his innovative approach to transforming rental operations through technology and strategic leadership. As the founder of JGCorp, he has led initiatives that modernize fleet management, customer service, and internal processes through the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI), helping rental companies improve efficiency, reduce costs, and elevate the customer experience. In 2024, Julian launched Brazil’s first AI Course for Vehicle Rental Companies—an industry-first program that trained over 800 professionals and connected more than 180 rental businesses across major cities. Through this initiative and his ongoing consulting work, he has empowered operators to apply AI-driven insights for predictive maintenance, process optimization, and data-informed decision-making in day-to-day rental operations. Julian’s previous ventures include founding EuroIT, Brazil’s leading vehicle rental management software platform, as well as launching the Guia Definitivo das Locadoras and RentalCast podcast, both focused on advancing knowledge within the mobility sector. In 2025, he will present the keynote “AI: A Real-World Primer for Rental Car Operations” at the International Car Rental Show (ICRS) in Las Vegas, sharing practical strategies for implementing AI technologies that are already reshaping the Brazilian rental market and global mobility landscape.
