He developed an entirely new, high-margin ancillary service that allows car rental brands to monetize the pre-trip window. By using AI to engage and prepare renters before their journey even starts, Tripiamo builds brand loyalty and localized confidence. Based in New York, John is helping the industry redefine the international rental experience through proactive preparation.
