Jennifer joined Advantage Car Rental as a Project Manager and quickly advanced into senior leadership, now serving as Senior Director of Affiliate Programs. In this role, she leads global affiliate growth and strategic partnerships, working closely with operators, OTAs, and internal teams to support scalable expansion while maintaining strong operational and brand alignment. At ICRS, Jennifer brings a practical, relationship-driven perspective shaped by handson experience, cross-functional leadership, and a genuine love for the car rental industry.
