Bob Krebs is an owner and founding member (1997) of Alternative Claims Management (ACM).  Mr. Krebs was instrumental in growing ACM from a 3 person claims collection company to a staff of more than 80 people today.  Bob helped to refine recovery procedures that ACM uses today to collect physical damage, loss of use and diminution of value for it's clients.   Bob has been in the auto rental industry since 1988.  Bob resides in San Antonio, Texas with his wife and two dogs, has three children and two grandchildren.
